Our Cottage Park Townhomes have a split entry two story plan. The upper level consists of the kitchen, dining area, living room, master bedroom, master bath. The lower level consists of both secondary bedrooms, a hall bath and utility area as well as entry to a one car garage. Our two bedroom units offer a single car garage, eat-in kitchen, living room and half bath on the main floor. On the upper level, there are two master suites both with their own attached bathroom and laundry on the bedroom level.
